VETERAN'S MEMORIAL GOLF COURSE

Join us in playing golf and raising funds for the veterans on the recently OGA rated Veteran's Memorial Golf course. Check out our tournaments and how you can help the veterans while helping yourself to some cash prizes.

The Veteran's Memorial Golf Course is an exclusive golf course for veterans and their guests, the spouse of a retired or active duty military and their dependents or deceased veteran, VA SORCC employees, and our golf course volunteers. All other members will be paired up with a veteran while playing golf on this course.

WHAT WE DO:

. Support the VA SORCC veteran programs and activities.

. A member of the VETERAN AFFAIRS VOLUNTARY SERVICE.

. We provide VA resident in-patients with free club membership upon completion of prerequisites in golf rules, golf etiquette, and how to play the game.

. We sponsor VA resident in-patients in our monthly tournaments where they can win prizes of canteen coupon books for purchasing their personal needs.

. Provide members an opportunity to give back to their fellow veterans.

. Provide veterans with free golf lessons.

. Annually provide golf contests to the VA resident inpatients on the 4th of July Independence Day picnic where they can win prizes and canteen coupon books for purchasing personal items.

. Annually provide funds to the VA SORCC for the purchase of gifts for the VA in-patient Christmas party.

. Throughout the year when called upon by the VA SORCC we donate funds for special unexpected needs of the VA residents.

Initiation Fees: $0.00 Annual Dues: $35.00, includes Oregon Golf Assn. membership with GHIN card.
